› We use a dynamic pricing model which means that quoted rates for any date are subject to change due to market conditions. There is a two-night minimum for weekend reservations.
› In July and August, depending on occupancy there may be a minimum requirement of 3 or 4 nights to book. Please call our office to inquire about shorter stays.
› Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
› Pets and therapy/comfort animals are not permitted. Only service dogs (and in some cases service miniature horses) are allowed on the property. Service dogs are defined by the ADA as animals trained to perform tasks to assist a disabled person. Guests who bring pets or therapy animals will be asked to remove them from the property and pay a $150 cleaning fee.
› Smoking is prohibited in all units. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed to guests who smoke inside their unit.
› We are an “extended stay” hotel and as such, do not provide daily housekeeping services or shampoo/conditioner. Guests staying longer than 7 nights will have their units cleaned once weekly. We supply bath soap, dish/dishwasher soap and linens.
